Neale was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous, competent, came when he said he would, and communicates well. He rekeyed a number of locks for us at short notice, supplied extra colour coded keys, was understanding and careful with an elderly parent, and left no mess whatsoever. He’s also a very nice person.
